Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree and Masters in Public Health from the University of Miami. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served his internship and residency in general surgery at Sun Coast Hospital/NOVA Southeastern University. Dr. Rodriguez is a diplomate of the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery and a fellow of both the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Association of Osteopathic Examiners. He is a member of the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine, the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the Florida Surgical Society, and the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society. He is currently a clinical assistant professor of surgery at NOVA Southeastern University. Dr. Rodriguez is the Medical Director of the Morton Plant Hospital Comprehensive Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center.
